Hello and welcome
At Outreach 3Way we aim to support people with learning disabilities. Established 30 years ago, we are based at Ifield, near Crawley. We also have an office in Worthing.
We support people in three main areas - work, home and leisure. We aim to help people gain the confidence and skills they need to work. We support people so they can enjoy leisure activities. And, through our housing services, we enable people to live with both security and independence.
