Our social enterprise team are an innovative group of people who
help and support people to gain employment in a real work setting.
We want people to have a worthwhile and enjoyable experience and
benefit from what we are able to offer, not just in terms of skills and
which may help them find work, but also the reinforcement of
essential life skills.
People's experiences within the horticulture department are intended
to boost confidence and self esteem by providing a realistic work
environment. Those who then wish to pursue a the possibility of a
work placement will be able to develop the skills they require.

These sessions are individually tailored to meet a range of abilities and introduce the groups to a variety
of movement and dance forms.
We are currently working with airline products for use through a local
recycling and packing company. We also have a number of contracts
for magazine distribution within the county.
Work Matters provides people with the opportunity to experience or
regain confidence in what it is like to work in a safe environment.
