About us
Outreach 3Way is a growing Sussex-based charity with a rich local heritage. Our roots lie in the vision of one exceptional man, the late Reverend Edgar Wallace. We continue his life's work by placing inclusion and respect for all at the centre of our work.
We support more than 140 people each week at our Day Centre in Ifield. We manage a range of homes throughout Sussex and support people in individual tenancies. We are proud of our reputation for the highest standards of care and professionalism. With 220 staff, we're able to we support over 500 people with learning disabilities in Sussex and the South East.
Our work in the community
Much of our work takes place in the community and we are fortunate to have strong links with local businesses and other organisations who support us in a variety of ways.
