About us
Outreach 3 Way is a growing Sussex-based charity with a rich local heritage. We support more than 140 people with learning disabilities each week at our Day Centre in Ifield. We manage a range of homes and supported living options. With 220 staff, we support over 500 people with learning disabilities. We are proud of our reputation for the highest standards of care.
We're part of Dimensions

Our work in the community
Our work centres around individual needs and, through services such as Out There! West Sussex, we support people to play an active role on their local community. We also have strong links with local businesses and other organisations who support us in a variety of ways - for instance, through Work Matters and match-funding.
