Global aviation communications, engineering and systems company Arinc has a strong heritage in community projects.  So how did they choose Outreach 3 Way for their 2010 community day?  Managing Director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa Andy Hubbard explains, “We choose organisations where we can see that our efforts will really make a difference.  It gives people who don’t normally work together the opportunity to get to know other colleagues. Together, we can see just what can be achieved by one team in one day.”

Arinc Business Manager Vikki Boxall proposed Outreach 3 Way for the teambuilding project.
Vikki rides a horse, Whisper, who is stabled at Ifield, and became aware of the great need for renovations.  “I was delighted when Outreach 3 Way was chosen,” Vikki says.

Outreach 3 Way Chief Executive Officer Catherine Sweeney comments, “This is the largest volunteering project we’ve seen at Outreach 3 Way.  The Arinc team have made an amazing difference to our premises in just one day.  We are absolutely delighted on behalf of the people with learning disabilities that we support here.  A safe, colourful and homely environment is a vital factor in their wellbeing.”
