Feeling at home
At Outreach 3 Way, we offer Registered Residential Homes services and supported living options to more than 80 people.
We work with individuals, families, carers, social workers, brokers, advocates and NHS Trusts to meet people's needs. This can include 1:1 support to enable people to live independently within their own local community.
We also manage residential services in Crawley and on the South Coast. We offer supported living tenancies in Crawley and Worthing. Our short break service enables people to take time away, and provides respite for carers.
Throughout Outreach 3 Way, support staff are chosen for their experience, empathy and desire to encourage opportunities for social inclusion.
