Outreach 3 Way films illustrate the difference our work makes - and the extraordinary creative talents of people with learning disabilities. We'll soon be starting filming A Passion for Music, due for release in late 2012. Follow the links to enjoy our films!

A Passion for Sport

Newly released for 2012, A Passion for Sport is all about healthy living, fitness and sports opportunities for people with learning disabilities. We are delighted to have the support of top discus thrower Jade Nicholls who contributed to the film.

Deep Dark Space

Our film group's latest work, Deep Dark Space, is a wonderfully retro black-and-white piece filled with alien drama. We are really proud of what they've achieved through writing, producing and acting, as well as creating all the props.

A Passion for People

We commissioned film-maker Rob Goldsmith to produce a three-minute documentary. "A Passion for People" documents the photo shoot that we set up involving of a group of Outreach 3 Way clients. We worked with fine art photographer Marie-Aurelia Riese, who specialises in community projects. Some of the beautiful images created through this collaboration feature on our website, conveying qualities such as individuality, thoughtfulness and humour. The images also formed the focus of our 2012 art exhibition The Girl with the Heart Shaped Hands.

My Voice

We commissioned specialist drama facilitator Sam Francis and film-maker Rob Goldsmith to produce this stunning 11-minute fine art film of the drama "My Voice". This original piece, with its cast of actors with learning disabilities, portrays life without a voice and celebrates the difference that the right support and friendship can make. The soundtrack was specially written by Brighton-based composer David Redinha. This film was selected by the BBC for screening at the Glastonbury Festival in 2010.
