Making choices, developing skills

As well as the activities we offer at our Ifield Day Centre, we support people so they can access community facilities, such as the K2 Leisure Centre in Crawley. We have supported people to go to the gym, try horse riding, enjoy beauty therapies and take part in competitive sports. There's an equally strong focus on the arts, with drama, animation and fine art all available here at outreach 3 Way.

Out There! West Sussex

Through the this sports and leisure programme, we offer a wide range of activities based in the community. We offer FREE taster sessions,and are expanding the programme all the time, so it's worth checking the Out There! page regularly.
