Working with support
Most people with learning disabilities want to work. Supporting people in real working environments is an important aspect of our work.
Our social enterprise Work Matters programme, based at West Green, Crawley, has a recycling focus. In the garden centre at our Ifield site, people develop horticultural skills and benefit from hands-on, seasonal theraputic activity. We sell plants and hanging baskets to the public and also offer a garden maintenance service.
