Work Aid
Work Aid is a national initiative that helps disadvantaged groups find work. Outreach 3 Way arranges placements throughout Sussex. We aim to match the skills and interests of people with learning disabilities to the needs of local companies or voluntary groups. We work with Crawley Job Centre and the Pathways to Work project.
Work Aid enables people to gain real experience and all the satisfaction that comes from working in a team, earning a real wage, or working as a volunteer. Successful placements can last from three months to long term, with some people staying for many years in their role.
