A busy day in the workshop |
Through Work Matters, Outreach 3 Way can supply an efficient and reliable service to local companies. We handle packing, sorting, collating, sticking on labels and stuffing envelopes. Our work has a recycling focus; we have worked in partnership with local waste management company MNH for more than ten years.
In the safety and security of our Crawley workshop, adults with learning disabilities learn and practise skills such as counting or sorting different items by size, colour or shape.
Individuals are supported by sensitive, experienced staff. The programme helps people gain the confidence, experience and self-esteem that paid work can bring.
